Footwear Return Policy

 

Please note the following conditions for shoe returns:

  • The shoes must be returned in brand-new, resellable condition.

  • Please try the shoes on a carpeted indoor floor to avoid any excessive creasing or scuffing on the leather and soles. Do not wear the shoes outside or walk on any rough or uneven surfaces.

  • Please take care not to wear the shoes for an entire day either at home or in the office, as once the interior of the shoe has molded to your feet (which can take less than an hour of wear), the shoes are no longer able to be re-sold.

  • Refunds will only be issued after we have received the shoes and inspected them for any wear or damage.

We carefully check all shoes before dispatch. However, should you receive any footwear that has been damaged in transit, please contact us at returns@spierandmackay.com. 

Any shoes that are returned with obvious signs of wear or usage will be either sent back to the customer or subject to a 20% deduction from the refund amount.

Returning shoes without the box, shoe bags, laces, and/or shoehorn will result in a $10 deduction from your refund.

  • All regular-priced items are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items that are purchased on sale or using a promo/discount code are eligible for returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • After 30 days from the delivery date, all items are considered Final Sale and no longer eligible for returns.

    Please Note:
  • The return process starts when you initiate contact with us for the return. There is no need to wait for a reply or confirmation. As long as you initiated contact with us within the return window, the return is eligible.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment or store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
