Underwear & Sock Return Policy

First Pair Guarantee
If your first pair of underwear or socks does not meet your expectations for any reason, no problem. You may request a different size or receive a full refund, no return required.

Subsequent Purchases
All additional underwear or socks purchased after your first pair are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring product quality. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@spierandmackay.com, and we will be happy to assist.

Return Eligibility Periods

• Full-Price Purchases (First Pair Only):
  Eligible for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery, provided no discounts or promotional codes were applied.
• Sale Purchases (First Pair Only):
  Eligible for a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery if purchased on sale or with a discount code.

Please note, you do not need to wait for a response to initiate your request. As long as you contact us within the applicable return window, your request will be honored.

Final Sale Policy
All items are considered Final Sale after 30 days from the delivery date and are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
