Underwear Return Policy


First Pair Returns:
If your first pair of underwear doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, no problem. You can either request a different size or receive a full refund, and you don't need to send the pair back as a return.

Subsequent Purchases:
Please note that all subsequent or additional underwear purchases are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Damaged Products:
We take great care to ensure the quality of our products, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged pair of underwear, please reach out to us at returns@spierandmackay.com.

Return Periods:

  • If your first pair was purchased at full price (without discounts, discount codes, or during sales), you have 30 days from the day of receiving the item to request a refund or replacement.
  • If your first pair was purchased on sale (including use of a discount code or at a reduced price), you have 14 days from the day of receiving the item to request a refund or replacement.

There is no need to wait for a reply or confirmation. As long as you initiated contact with us within the respective return window, your return is eligible.

Final Sale: 
After 30 days from the date of delivery, all items are considered Final Sale and are no longer eligible for returns.
