Days to collect your order after the first notice
Once your custom order or alteration is ready, we'll notify you right away. All items must be collected within 45 days of that first notice. After 45 days, any unclaimed item is considered abandoned.
Because each item is made or altered to order, abandoned items are non-refundable and will be handled at our discretion.
