1. Are there any tariffs or import fees?
All tariff charges are already incorporated into the price of our products, so you won’t see any additional tariff charges at checkout.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, with this new launch, we can only accept PayPal for all purchases.
Please note, currently you must have a PayPal account to complete your transaction. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we hope this is only short term.
Coming Soon: We’re working to re-introduce Standard Credit Card and Venmo options in the near future.
3. What is the processing time for orders?
With the new shipping & logistical process for US orders, our standard processing time is 7–9 business days. If your order includes tailoring, please allow an additional 8–10 business days before shipment.
Why is the processing time so long? Orders have to be shipped from our warehouse in Canada and through Third-Party Logistics partner in the United States, which unfortunately adds a few extra days to processing times. We're working hard on getting this reduced.
4. Do you charge sales tax?
Currently, no state sales tax is charged on orders shipped within the USA. As a new U.S.-based company, we are exempt from charging state sales taxes until we meet certain sales thresholds in each state. Once those are reached, sales tax will be applied in accordance with state regulations. We expect this threshold to be met very quickly though.
5. Where do returns go, and how long do refunds take?
All returns are sent to our Third-Party Logistics partner in New Jersey. Once we receive your return to our Third-Party Logistics partner, your refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours.
Please allow a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
