$8 flat-rate shipping in CAD or USD, depending on the storefront.
A UPS tracking number is emailed once the order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping Rates
How Shipping Charges Are Calculated
The qualifying order value is calculated after discounts, coupons and promotional codes are applied.
Free ground shipping is available on orders of $100 or more within Canada and the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders below the threshold are subject to an $8 flat-rate ground shipping fee in CAD or USD.
Gift cards are not subject to shipping charges.
In-store orders that require shipping are subject to a $10 flat-rate fee, regardless of the order value.
Order Preparation
Processing Times by Destination
Processing time begins before transit time. Orders with alterations require additional preparation before dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
After Dispatch
Estimated Delivery Times
These estimates begin after the order leaves the warehouse and do not include processing or alteration time.
3–8 business days by standard ground shipping.
10–14 business days after dispatch.
Made-to-measure shirts are typically completed in 4–6 weeks.
Made-to-measure suits, trousers and sportcoats are typically completed in 6 weeks.
Custom-production and delivery timelines are estimates. Occasional production or transit delays may occur.
Tracking
Follow Your Shipment
Once your order ships, a UPS tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Once a shipment leaves the warehouse, the delivery address cannot be changed or redirected.Duties & Taxes

International Orders
Duties Calculator & Reimbursement
The checkout includes an automatic calculator for eligible duties, taxes and fees. When eligible charges are prepaid, no additional eligible duties or fees are due upon delivery.
When charges are not prepaid, the customer is responsible for duties and fees assessed in the destination country.
Customs duties and fees, excluding taxes and VAT, may be reimbursed up to 25% of the paid amount as store credit.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order. Approved credit is applied directly to the customer account.
