Holiday Return Policy
Starting November 15, 2024, we will be introducing updates to our Return Policy for the Holiday Season! Here are the key details:
• Regular-priced items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. For specific information, please refer to our Footwear & Underwear Return Policies (links at the bottom of this page).
• If you purchase items on sale or with a promo/discount code, they can be returned within 30 days of delivery. (Excludes Final Sale products)
• After the 30 and 60-day periods, all items will be classified as Final Sale and will not be eligible for returns.
Please note that price adjustments, Final Sale items, and any applicable restocking or return fees will still be in effect. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance!
Please note we no longer process exchanges for online orders. Please email our returns team at returns@spierandmackay.com for a return label so you can simply return your current purchase for a refund or store credit, and place a new order for the replacement products. This will significantly speed up the exchange process and allow us to process returns more quickly.

- All items must be returned with the correct SMRT number/return label that corresponds to the original order.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment, or store credit.
- Please ensure that there are no other tracking labels or shipping labels attached to your return shipment box.
In addition, the following items are ineligible for returns:
- Final Sale Products (No Exceptions): Please be aware that purchasing a Final Sale item is at the customer's own risk. If you are unsure of the size, colour, style, or fit, please do not purchase any Final Sale products.
- Any garment that has been altered, hemmed, washed, or worn. Altering any garment is at the customer's risk. If you are unsure about the size, fit, or product in general, please do not have the garment altered, or wash/wear it.
For customers located in Canada, we offer a free return on your first purchase of Suits, Sport Coats, Shoes, Dress & Casual Trousers, Outerwear, Knitwear and Dress & Casual Shirts. After your first purchase, then the following return fees will be deducted from your refund:
- Free: Suits, Sport Coats, Outerwear
- $5.95 per return order for all shirts, trousers, knitwear, accessories, shoes, and small items
- $5.95 restocking fee for any nested suit for which a trouser swap was requested and returned
In addition, the following restocking fees will apply for any returned item that is missing the following components:
- $5 restocking fee for any item that is returned with the tags and stitches missing
- $5 restocking fee for any item that is shipped with a hanger and returned without the hanger (e.g. suit, sport coat, outerwear)
- $5 restocking fee for any item that is shipped with a garment bag and returned without the garment bag (e.g. suit, sport coat, outerwear)
Trouser Swaps (Please note that our dress trousers have extra fabric in the waistband that can be let out up to 1.5 inches by a tailor. A tailor can also take in the waist & seat or taper the trouser legs if they are slightly too loose on you)

- If this is your first time purchasing a suit from us, and you would like to exchange the trousers for a different size, then a restocking fee of $5.95 will apply.
- If this is not your first suit purchase from us and you would like to exchange the trousers for a different size, then a return fee of $5.95 will apply, as well as a restocking fee of $5.95.

- To be eligible for a price adjustment, the identical size, fit, & colour of the item must be in stock at the time of the request.

- Please note, if you decide to return this item within the allowable return window, the price adjustment is irreversible. Store credit does not expire.

- Should you wish to return your purchase, please contact our returns team at returns@spierandmackay.com, and we will provide a Return Authorization Number to write on the return package. You will then have 14 days from the day the Return Authorization Number is given to you to return the order.
